Planning a day-long meeting, presentation, seminar, conference, tour, or social gathering? Bluegrass Catering can shoulder some of the work by providing lunch for your event. Our hot box lunches offer a variety of mouth-watering entrees, flavorful fruits and vegetables, and yummy desserts. Just imagine all the happy faces looking back at you after lunch. We do the work -- you take the credit. We request the orders be in groups of 10 for Hot Box Lunch or Hot Box Dinners.  Late delivery available for dinner orders - $25.00 to Lexington.
 
ENTREES

Entrees include one side item, roll, butter, and dessert. $10.50

Chicken Divine:  Succulent breast of chicken layered with broccoli and a delicious sauce, topped with almonds and cheese
 
Raspberry Chicken:  4 oz. grilled chicken breast drizzled with a light cream sauce and topped with fresh raspberries.

Chicken Cordon Bleu:  Boneless breast of chicken filled with shaved ham, Swiss cheese, and rolled in lemon bread crumbs
 
Kentucky Hot Brown:  Turkey and ham layered on toast with a cheese sauce, garnished with sliced tomatoes and bacon

Stuffed Manicotti:  Cream cheese and shredded cheese stuffed inside each shell

Jumbo Ravioli:  Jumbo pieces of ravioli stuffed with cheese, smothered in a delicious marinara sauce.
 
Chicken Fettuccine:  Tender chunks of chicken over pasta coated with creamy Alfredo sauce

Pork Chop:  Boneless 5 oz. Breaded Pork Chop, topped with gravy.

Monterey Jack Chicken:  Boneless chicken breast smothered in Monterey cheese

Old Fashioned Meatloaf:  Slowly roasted to trap the juices, served with country gravy

Lemon Chicken:  Pan fried chicken served over pasta lightly coated with lemon sauce

Grilled Chicken Breast:  Sliced in strips served on a bed of herbed rice topped with roasted veggies

Lasagna:  Roasted vegetable or three cheese lasagna, with plenty of sauce

Subs:  Philly cheese steak, hot ham & cheese, Italian blend, chicken teriyaki, cordon bleu --whole subs wrapped in foil so that they arrive warm and oozy
